Using different aerial techniques such as silks (tissue), and lyra (aerial hoop), challenge gravity and develop great upper body strength, core, and flexibility while learning something new. These classes are of intermediate to high intensity and are adaptable to the level of each participant.
Using gymnastics techniques, this is a workshop designed to increase the possibilities of movement. From forward rolls, cartwheels, and round-offs to back-flips and more (if you are ready for it), these workshops will help you to stay fit while learning something new and while having fun. Explore circus techniques such as juggling, hula hooping, swing, group-acro, handstands and much more! Learn something fun while improving your disassociation, mental and physical abilities. These classes are of low to intermediate intensity and are adaptable to the level of each participant.
